My order is wrong. What should I do?

We strive to make your shopping experience at Foreign Beauty  a delightful and memorable one. If your order is incomplete, please email us at info@foreign-beauty.com with the order number and the related details immediately! We will investigate right away and resolve the issue.

 

Can I use more than one discount when placing my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot combine promotional offers on our site. That means you can only use a promo voucher on one full order. To use your code, simply type or paste it into the "Promo Code" box during checkout.

How long does it take to receive my order? 

At Foreign Beauty Luxury Hair, every order is carefully prepared to ensure you receive premium quality extensions that meet our luxury standards.

📦 Processing Time

• Orders require 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.

• During high-volume seasons, sales, or launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

• Orders placed after 12PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

🚚 Shipping Time (U.S. Orders)

• After processing time, orders will ship within approximately 5–7 business days (Priority Shipping).

• Tracking information is sent via email once your order has shipped.

• Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update after being issued.


🛍️ Local Pick-Up Policy

At this time, all online orders are for shipping only.

 

Local pick-up is not available for online checkout purchases.

If you would like to inquire about same-day or in-store purchase availability:

• Pick-up is by appointment only

• Payment must be completed in-store

• Availability is not guaranteed

• Please text 404-438-4669 to check current stock and schedule


 
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has shipped, we will send an email with tracking number.  Please note it can take 5-7 business days. This does not include holidays or weekends. SHIPMENTS MAY BE SLIGHTLY DELAYED DUE TO HIGH VOLUME SEASONS & SALES.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. UPS and other major shipping companies do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
 
Do you ship to Canada or internationally? 
YES!! We are SO excited to announce that we now ship WORLDWIDE!!! Shipping & processing for international orders can take anywhere from 6-15 business days. 
BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS
ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12PM EST WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY 

• Delivery times may vary depending on customs and carrier delays.

 

What is your return Policy? 

We want you to enjoy your hair and we know you will! 

Due to the nature of our luxury hair extensions:

• All sales are final.

• No refunds.

• No exchanges.

• No cancellations once processing has begun.

📦 Delivery Responsibility

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Foreign Beauty Luxury Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.





  
WIG RETURN POLICY




Due to the nature of the item, sales are FINAL on purchases. Please take your measurements and select options very carefully. I will make your custom wig according to your exact specifications. Please note, we are not responsible for improper measurements resulting in a wig that does not fit. We are also not responsible for variances in color caused by monitor settings or photographs. If you are looking for a very specific color, We strongly recommend sending the exact color choice and brand.





 
 
Deposits Non-Refundable
Once your deposit is paid, work begins on your purchase. Due to the custom nature of Foreign Beauty wigs, deposits are non-refundable and credit can not be applied to future purchases.

 Any day past your agreed pick up date after unit is complete is an additional $75 hold fee. If unit is not picked up within a week from original date then deposit will be forfeited
