My order is wrong. What should I do?

We strive to make your shopping experience at Foreign Beauty  a delightful and memorable one. If your order is incomplete, please email us at info@foreign-beauty.com with the order number and the related details immediately! We will investigate right away and resolve the issue.

 

Can I use more than one discount when placing my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot combine promotional offers on our site. That means you can only use a promo voucher on one full order. To use your code, simply type or paste it into the "Promo Code" box during checkout.
How long does it take to receive my order? 
SHIPMENTS MAY BE SLIGHTLY DELAYED DUE TO COVID-19 OR HIGH VOLUME SEASONS & SALES. The hair takes 5-7 business days priority shipping to reach you depending upon your location. Order processing takes 24-48 hours in our warehouse. (This does not include HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS). 

ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12PM EST WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY  

All shipping orders are shipped out. Pick up option is not available for shipping orders. Pick up orders must be picked up within 3 weeks from the date of order being placed  

 

 
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has shipped, we will send an email with tracking number.  Please note it can take 5-7 business days. This does not include holidays or weekends. SHIPMENTS MAY BE SLIGHTLY DELAYED DUE TO COVID-19 OR HIGH VOLUME SEASONS & SALES.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. UPS and other major shipping companies do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
 
Do you ship to Canada or internationally? 
YES!! We are SO excited to announce that we now ship WORLDWIDE!!! Shipping & processing for international orders can take anywhere from 6-15 business days.

What is your return Policy? 

We want you to enjoy your hair and we know you will! We DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No cancellations or refunds
  
WIG RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of the item, sales are FINAL on purchases. Please take your measurements and select options very carefully. I will make your custom wig according to your exact specifications. Please note, we are not responsible for improper measurements resulting in a wig that does not fit. We are also not responsible for variances in color caused by monitor settings or photographs. If you are looking for a very specific color, We strongly recommend sending the exact color choice and brand.
 
 
Deposits Non-Refundable
Once your deposit is paid, work begins on your purchase. Due to the custom nature of Foreign Beauty wigs, deposits are non-refundable and credit can not be applied to future purchases.
 Any day past your agreed pick up date after unit is complete is an additional $75 hold fee. If unit is not picked up within a week from original date then deposit will be forfeited
